This work is generating a fair bit of discussion amongst friends. Is this a man? A woman? Is this the type of character that you don't want lurking around your home? Are they up to no good.....or is it quite the opposite? A soul that wants to blend in, but prefers to watch, observe, survey the environment, they have a presence but no contribution as yet? I was so drawn to this image....he/ she is perhaps one of my favourites. It plays into insecurities and fears, but I also see a cautious dweller, finely assessing and quietly, patiently loitering through the corridors of life. . What are the subjects thoughts? What is their story? Why don't they want to be identified....yet? I'll leave that up to you........I would love for you to share with me how this image makes you feel and what you see. kxx |
